How to apply for rental equipment

Step 1: Enquiry

Contact us to check equipment availabilities via email admin@nationalrentals.au or call 07 3186 8855

Step 3: Rental Agreement and Payment

Our team will assess your application and send the agreement for you to review. Once reviewed and signed, you will need to return the signed copy along with the insurance certificate noting National Rentals Pty Ltd as an interested party. You will then need to complete the direct debit authorisation form to set up periodical rental payments. Lastly, the required bond will be paid. Remittance of the bond must be sent with the signed rental agreement.

Step 2: Application

Once your preferred equipment availability is confirmed, complete the online application form Equipment Hire Application Form

Step 4: Collection/Delivery of Equipment

Once all required documents are received, our team will finalise the application and arrange the collection of equipment with you.

Equipment can be delivered at an additional cost.
